Xena has really enjoyed being on the beach, she has learned not to drink the water! Went to the dog beach on Sunday( Sandringham) with Kim ( the agent) and her children. There were a few other dogs for Xena to run with, then we went into the cafe for a hot drink as it’s quite chilly when the sun goes in.
Met Jayne and Chris and their 6 year old daughter at a pizzeria for tea on Saturday, BYO wine, had a good evening, Jayne has convinced me to go to her cycling class at the gym Wed morning (she teaches), so we’ll see how that goes, I’m still aching from my personal training session!
Went into the city on Sunday afternoon on the train to do a little more exploring, there’s always something going on there. Finding our way around a lot better now.
Maria came over Monday and we were out walking on the beach for nearly 3 hours, stopped for a coffee and cake halfway though! Thats a good thing about living here, loads of little street cafes selling goodies.
There are a few developments on the housing front, we were going to proceed today with the house we viewed recently, then a lovely house is available to view from Saturday, 17 min walk to train station, but Ellie would need to bus it, and now Steves just walked in and played a message from the agent that says the landlord of the house in Beaumaris that I REALLY liked has said he would take a much reduced bond…. Help!!!! What do I do?
Been to the mall shopping today, lots of really good sales on, bought a few bits and pieces, but really need a new coat, might go with Maria on Thursday.
Phoned Nursing councilin UK last night, they are going to try to sort things out for me, sending me some stuff so will hopefully be registered soon, then can look for work.

I think you had better go to all exercise classes going and get back to work, you’ll be putting on wieght with all these cakes and pizzas!!!! Glad Zena okay, they soon learn that sea water not very nice.
Typical about the house a bit like buses none for ages then all come at once, never mind I’m sure you will make the right choice.
Back to normal weather here just come in with a very soggy Ben and trying to dry the waterproofs ready for this afternoon. Saves watering the garden though.
love to all Kath and soggy Ben

The piccies are great. Xena looking really well, the doggie prison and journey don’t seem to have affected her at all. What lovely clean beaches and clear blue skies. You seem to be like me the one never on photos always the one taking the piccies (in my case no bad thing, hate having my picture took).
Margaret and me not very happy wet lunchtime today, it is so much harder stuck in with little dears.
Look forward to more piccies.
Take care love Kath

Hi All
Sounds like things are looking up and you are beginning to enjoy the new life. Go the house that you like best, but consider the areas too.

Hi Gill,
Seem to be settling in now. Soon have an Aussie accent. Never thought Ste would be shouting ‘come on you Saints’. Must be cos he’s not eating all those Wigan pies any more.
Happy job hunting!
